摘 要:风力发电系统主要采用恒速恒频(CSCF)、变速恒频(VSCF)2种发电方式,恒速恒频发电效率较低,机械承受的应力较大,相应装置的成本较高,发电机一般采用鼠笼式异步电机。而变速恒频是目前较为普遍采用的发电方式,风机随着风速的变化调整,大大降低了系统的机械应力和装置成本,发电机多采用交流励磁双馈异步电机、直驱永磁同步电机,随着大型风力发电机组的迅猛发展,综合了双馈异步电机和直驱永磁同步电机的特点,半直驱永磁同步电机成为风电机组技术演变的重要趋势之一,单机容量等指标的提升成为风电机组技术演变的重要趋势之一,这是提高风电开发经济性、降低成本的客观需要。文章着重分析了我国3MW(及以上)半直驱永磁同步发电机的特点及优势。The wind power generation system mainly adopts two power generation methods:constant speed and constant frequency(CSCF)and variable speed and constant frequency(VSCF).The effi ciency of constant speed and constant frequency power generation is low,the mechanical stress is greater,and the cost of corresponding equipment is relatively high.The machine generally uses a squirrel cage asynchronous motor.Variable speed and constant frequency is currently a more commonly used power generation method.The fan is adjusted with the change of wind speed,which greatly reduces the mechanical stress of the system and the cost of the device.The generators mostly use AC-excited double-fed asynchronous motors and direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motors.With the rapid development of large-scale wind turbines,the characteristics of doubly-fed asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors have been integrated.Semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous motors have become one of the important trends in the technological evolution of wind turbines,and the capacity of single units has increased.It has become one of the important trends in the evolution of wind turbine technology,which is an objective need to improve the economics of wind power development and reduce costs.This article focuses on analyzing the characteristics and advantages of my country’s 3MW(and above)semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generators.
