摘　　要：Prof. Gunter Larisch graduated from the Technical University ofBerlin. Since 2018, he has been engaged in research work relatedto the fabrication, characterization, and application of energyefficient,high-speed vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers(VCSELs) at the Center of NanoPhotonics. He has won the SPIEPhotonics West “Green Photonics Award” three times. In 2019,he joined Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics andPhysics through the CAS President’s International FellowshipInitiative (PIFI), and started to work in the Bimberg Chinese-German Green Photonics Research Center.
