摘　　要：为了实现卧式数控车床加工区域密闭、提高密闭加工区域气体置换效率,提出一种用于卧式数控车床的专用加工手套箱及气氛自动控制方法。首先确定了专用加工手套箱功能结构,借助专用密封件和滑动附件,实现与卧式数控车床的密封和相对运动;然后通过气氛自动控制系统,借助设置于手套箱进气口和出气口的电气控制元件,实现加工手套箱内气体自动置换和气压自动保持,提高了专用加工手套箱内气氛控制效率。To realize the seal of glove box and improve the efficiency of gas replacement,a kind of special glove box and its atmosphere automatic control method were proposed.Firstly,the function and geometry structure of the glove box were confirmed,and the seal and relative movement with glove box was realized by the use of special sealing element and sliding element.Then,through the use of the control system and the electronic control elements which were set at the air inlet and air outlet of the glove box,the automatic replacement of the gas and the automatic maintain of gas pressure were realized,and the efficiency of atmosphere control was improved.
