摘 要:等距型面连接在重载机械的大扭矩传递中已呈现取代传统键连接的趋势。目前常采用加工中心来完成等距型面的切削加工。提出了一种应用普通两轴数控车床加工等距型面的方法,利用G32指令车削端面螺纹的功能代替加工中心的C轴功能,实现切削中圆周角度的精确定位与跟踪。建立了利用G32指令拟合加工等距型面的模型,并设计了相应宏程序。建立了基于VERICUT的仿真切削环境,并进行了车削仿真加工。结果表明,应用普通两轴数控车床可以实现等距型面的切削加工,且选取适合的分割增量角对保证加工精度非常重要。Equidistant profile connection has taken the place of the traditional key connection in the large torque transmission of heavy-duty machinery.At present,machining centers are often used to machining equidistant profile.A method of machining equidistant profile with two axis CNC lathe is proposed.The function of G32 to turning the end face thread instead of the function of C axis in machining center,so as to realize the accurate positioning and tracking of the peripheral angle in cutting.The model of machining equidistant profile with G32 instruction is established,and the corresponding macro program is designed.The simulation cutting environment is established based on VERICUT,and the turning simulation processing is carried out.The results show that the normal two axis CNC lathe can realize to machining the equidistant profile,and it is very important to select the appropriate increment angle of the segmentation to ensure the machining accuracy.
