摘 要:为提高采棉机的作业品质和驾乘舒适性,提出一种基于液压功率分流原理的采棉机无级变速箱设计方案。首先,构建无级变速箱的传动方程,确定其传动参数取值;其次,构建包括泵控液压马达、行星齿轮和湿式离合器在内的变速箱动力学方程,并在SimulationX下构建采棉机行走系统的整体动力学仿真模型;最后,基于所构建的模型对无级变速采棉机的功率流和调速特性等进行分析。研究结果显示:所设计的变速箱可实现采棉机在0~20 km/h范围内的无级调速;采棉机在初采和复采作业速度下的液压功率分流比分别为20%和10%;采棉机在满载行驶时的换段加速度和冲击度峰值分别为1.24 m/s^2和12.9 m/s^3。研究结果表明:该变速箱具有较低的能量消耗和较高的燃油经济性,且具有较低的换段冲击水平。In order to improve the quality of operation and driving comfort of cotton picker,a continuously variable transmission of cotton picker based on the principle of hydrostatic power split was proposed in this paper.Firstly,the basic transmission equations of CVT were constructed,and the transmission parameters were determined;secondly,the kinetic equations of transmission including swash plate axial piston units,planetary gear set and wet clutch were constructed,and the dynamic simulation model of whole running system of cotton picker was constructed under SimulationX;finally,the power flow and the speed control characteristics of CVT cotton picker were analyzed based on the above model.The results show that the designed transmission can realize the stepless speed regulation of the cotton picker in the range of 0~20 km/h;the hydrostatic power split ratio of thecotton picker is 20%and 10%respectively at the speed of primary and secondary cotton picking;the peak acceleration and jerkof thecotton picker under full load are 1.24 m/s^2 and 12.9 m/s^3 respectively.Therefore,it can be concluded that the transmission of the cotton picker has low energy consumption,good fuel economy and acceptable shift quality.
