摘　　要：以正硅酸乙酯、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和自制的纳米勃姆石为主要原料,通过溶胶凝胶法制得水性有机硅复合硬质涂层,并对涂层的制备工艺及其性能进行了研究。较佳工艺为:勃姆石与盐酸质量比1∶10,在5℃反应2 h,再常温反应8 h,且勃姆石溶液先低温下滴加66%,再常温下滴加34%;采用该工艺制得的涂料涂覆固化后可得到铅笔硬度9H,耐磨性、耐热性、耐候性和贮存稳定性等综合性能良好的有机硅复合透明硬质涂层。A novel waterborne silicones composite hard coating was prepared by sol-gel method with TEOS,KH 560 and self-made nano-boehmite as the materials,and the preparation and performance of the coating were studied too.The preferred process is that the mass ratio of boehmite to hydrochloric acid is 1∶10,the reaction temperature is 5℃,the reaction time at low temperature and room temperature is 2 h and 8 h,respectively,and the solution of boehmite is first added at low temperature by 66%,then add 34% at room temperature.By this process,it can obtain the silicone composite transparent hard coating presents excellent comprehensive performance as the excellent wear resistance,heat resistance,weather resistance and storage stability,with a pencil hardness of 9H.
