摘　　要：针对卤素灯中陶瓷材料的替代问题,以乙烯基硅油与改性氧化铝混合物为基胶,辅以交联剂含氢硅油、铂催化剂、自制增粘剂,制得直插式小射灯型LED专用高性能、加成型有机硅灌封胶。探讨了硫化温度、MQ树脂用量及增粘剂用量对胶料性能的影响。较优的工艺条件为:硫化温度130℃,乙烯基MQ树脂质量分数10%,增粘剂质量分数3%。制备的有机硅灌封胶具有优异的粘接性、耐振动性,且经高温、低温及高低温循环老化后的性能优异,达到了客户要求的使用标准。In view of the replacement of ceramic materials in halogen lamps,the mixture of vinyl silicone oil and modified alumina is used as the base,supplemented by hydrogen-containing silicone oil as crosslinking agent,platinum catalyst,and self-made adhesive.The effects of vulcanization temperature,the amounts of MQ resin and adhesive on the properties of the rubber were discussed.The optimal technology conditions are as follows:vulcanization temperature is 130℃,mass fraction of vinyl MQ resin is 10%,and mass fraction of adhesive is 3%.The prepared silicone rubber has excellent adhesion,vibration resistance,and excellent performance after high and low temperature,and high and low temperature cycle aging,which meets the requirements of customers.
