摘 要:利用Fenton氧化法处理有机硅工业废水中的硅氧烷,考察了双氧水(H2O2)用量、体系pH值、双氧水与亚铁离子的量之比[n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+)]、反应时间及反应温度对废水中硅氧烷去除率的影响。结果表明:随着H2O2用量的增加及反应时间的延长,废水中硅氧烷的去除率快速增加直至平稳;而随着n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+)的增加、废水pH值及反应温度的升高,硅氧烷去除率先增后减。较佳的废水处理工艺条件为:质量分数为30%的H2O2溶液60 mL,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+)=5∶1,溶液p H值为3,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为60 min。To solve the problem of polysiloxane blockage in evaporation and desalination facilities in the treatment of silicone wastewater,Fenton oxidation was used to treat siloxane,and the effect of H2O2,pH of reaction solution,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+),reaction time and temperature on the removal of siloxane from silicone industrial waste water were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of H2O2 and reaction time,the removal rate of siloxane increased continuously until stable;with the increase of n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+),reaction temperature and the p H of reaction solution,the removal rate of siloxane increased first and then decreased.The better technological conditions for wastewater treatment are 60 m L of 30% H2O2 solution,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+)=5∶1,pH=3,under the temperature of 45℃ for 60 min.
