摘 要:目的研究不同浓度N2O对烧伤合并吸入性损伤兔循环功能的影响。方法建立实验家兔吸入性损伤动物模型,评估50%和70%浓度N2O吸入对实验家兔心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)的影响。结果与致伤前比较,兔蒸汽吸入性损伤后0.5h的HR、MAP均有增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与0h时相点比较,吸入混合气体后15min、0.5h吸入性损伤兔HR显著增加(P<0.01);之后HR下降,与0h时相点比较差异无统计学意义。组间对照,50%-50%笑氧混合气体组(A组)、50%-50%氮氧混合气体组(B组)、70%-30%笑氧混合气体组(C组)、70%-30%氮氧混合气体组(D组)各时相点HR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与0h时相点比较,A组兔蒸汽吸入性损伤后2h的MAP有显著下降(P<0.05),B、C、D组伤后各时相点均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。A、B、C、D组各时相点MAP组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予吸入性损伤家兔高浓度N2O吸入镇痛对其循环功能无明显影响。Objective To study the effects of different concentrations of N2O on lung function in rabbits with burn combined with inhalation injury.Methods The animal model of inhalation injury of experimental rabbits was established to evaluate the effects of 50%and 70%N2O inhalation on HR and BP of experimental rabbits.Results Compared with before injury,the heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of rabbits increased at 0.5h after vapor inhalation injury,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the phase point at 0h,the heart rate of rabbits with inhalation injury increased significantly after 15min and 0.5h after inhalation of mixed gas(P<0.01).After that,the heart rate decreased,with no statistically significant difference from the phase point at 0h.Among the control groups,there was no significant difference in HR between the 50%-50%laughing oxygen mixture group(group A),50%-50%laughing oxygen mixture group(group B),70%-30%laughing oxygen mixture group(group C)and 70%-30%laughing oxygen mixture group(group D)at each time point(P>0.05).Compared with the phase point at 0h,the MAP in group A significantly decreased at 2h after the vapor inhalation injury(P<0.05),while the MAP in group B,C and D showed no significant change at each phase point after the injury(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in MAP between groups A,B,C and D(P>0.05).Conclusion High concentration of N2O inhalation analgesia had no significant effect on the circulatory function of rabbits with inhalation injury.
