生化汤在产后病中的临证应用经验

摘　　要：生化汤出自傅山所著的《傅青主女科》,是妇女产后常用良方,具有养血祛瘀、温经止痛的功效。此方行中有补,补中有化,能化瘀生新,在临床中多用于治疗产后恶露不绝、产后腹痛、产后发热、产后缺乳等产后常见疾病。妇人产后病的临床表现虽有所不同,但发病多以"虚"和"瘀"为主。文章通过分析常见产后病的病因病机及辨证,介绍生化汤的临床应用经验,以期更好地为临床治疗提供参考。Shenghua Decoction comes from《Fu Qingzhu Nv Ke》by Fu Shan.It is a commonly used prescription for Women's postpartum.It has the effects of nourishing blood and removing blood stasis,warming meridians and relieving pain.It can remove blood stasis and generate newness.It is mostly used in the treatment of postpartum lochia,postpartum abdominal pain,postpartum fever,postpartum hypogalactia and other common postpartum diseases.Although the clinical manifestations of women's postpartum diseases are different,the pathogenesis characteristics are mainly“deficiency”and“blood stasis”.This study introduces the clinical application experience of Shenghua Decoction by analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of common postpartum diseases,in order to provide a better reference for clinical treatment.
