中西医结合治疗夜尿症的思路探讨

摘　　要：夜尿症是临床常见疾病,不仅影响患者的生活质量,还会显著增加心脑血管事件,抑郁症和死亡风险。依据其发病机制的不同,现代医学对夜尿症设定了明确分类及针对性的治疗。然而单纯西医治疗疗效有限且不良事件发生率较高,不能充分满足临床需求。中医学由于具有辨证论治和整体调理的特点,对治疗夜尿症具有一定的优势。然而,历代中医典籍并无针对夜尿症的系统阐释。文章借助西医的分类标准,就夜尿症的常见类型夜间多尿和功能性膀胱容量减少,针对其不同的诱发因素,结合典型病例探讨中西医结合的治疗思路,力图实现中西医之间的优势互补,对患者实施更有指向性的中西医结合治疗,在提高临床疗效的同时,降低副反应发生率,使患者的临床获益最大化。Nocturia is a common clinical disease which not only affects the quality of life of patients,but also significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,depression and death.According to the different pathogenesis,modern medicine has set clear classification and targeted treatment for nocturia.However,Western medicine alone has limited efficacy and high incidence of adverse events,which cannot fully meet clinical needs.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of nocturia due to its characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment and overall conditioning.However,there is no systematic interpretation of nocturia in ancient Chinese medicine classics.Based on the classification criteria of Western medicine,this article discusses the common types of nocturia with nocturnal polyuria and functional bladder capacity reduction,and focuses on its different predisposing factors,combining typical cases to discuss the treatment ideas of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and strives to achieve complementary advantages between Chinese and Western medicine.The implementation of more directional integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatments for patients can improve the clinical efficacy while reducing the incidence of side effects and maximize the clinical benefits of patients.
