摘　　要：测定不同产地、不同用药部位的虎眼万年青中芦丁含量,并进行初步分析。采用HPLC法,色谱柱Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(42∶58,V∶V),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL,检测波长为306 nm。芦丁质量浓度在0.0050~0.2505 mg/mL与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为97.88%,RSD为1.94%。实验表明,虎眼万年青不同用药部位中芦丁含量差异显著,但是不同产地间芦丁含量无显著差异。该方法简便,重现性高,可作为虎眼万年青质量标准研究的参考依据,也可以科学地指导虎眼万年青的临床应用。The content of rutin in Ornithogalum caudatum from different origin and medication part was determined and analyzed.HPLC method was used,the chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(42∶58,V∶V),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the sample volume was 20μL,the detection wavelength was 306 nm.There was a good linear relationship between rutin mass concentration and peak area in the range of 0.0050~0.2505 mg/mL,the average sample recovery was 97.88%and the RSD was 1.94%.The results showed that the content of rutin was significantly different in different medication parts,but there was no significant difference in rutin content between different origins.The method is simple and reproducible,and can be used as a reference for the study of the quality standard of Ornithogalum caudatum,can also be used to scientifically guide the clinical application.
