改良后下肢抬高垫在足踝外科中后足术后患者中的应用与效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良后下肢抬高垫在足踝外科中后足术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取本科2019年1至12月收治的100例足踝外科中后足手术患者,随机分为两组,观察组应用改良后的下肢抬高垫,对照组应用原有普通下肢抬高垫,两组患者均于术后24 h、48 h、72 h进行肿胀值测量、疼痛评估、舒适度调查。结果观察组患者术后24 h、48 h、72 h肿胀值低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论足踝外科中后足术后患者应用改良后下肢抬高垫,可有效减轻患者肿胀程度,降低疼痛,增加患者舒适度。Objective To observe the application effect of modified lower limb elevation pad in patients after posterior foot surgery in foot and ankle surgery.Methods 100 patients with middle and hind foot surgery in our department from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with the improved lower limb elevation pad,while the control group was treated with the original ordinary lower limb elevation pad.The swelling value,pain assessment and comfort survey were performed at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation in both groups.Results The swelling value at 24 h,48 h and 72 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the comfort degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The modified lower limb raising pad can effectively reduce the swelling,pain and comfort of patients after the operation of hind foot in foot and ankle surgery.
