插花活动对孤寡老人身心健康的影响效应

摘　　要：选用6种不同类型的花材植物,运用园艺疗法,让北京建外温馨家园的32名孤寡老人进行感官体验与插花实作,并测试活动对老年人的影响,实验采用心电图、血压、心率、唾液皮质醇作为老人生理响应的评价指标,以正负情绪量表和笑脸量表变化作为心理影响的评价指标,监测活动前后老人身心状况变化程度。结果显示,插花活动对孤寡老人的心率降低有显著影响;接触插花植物材料对降低孤寡老人紧张情绪、缓解压力具有显著效果,不同插花材料之间差异不显著;插花活动能够显著提升孤寡老人正性情绪,增加表情愉悦度。该研究成果可为孤寡老人参加园艺疗法活动促进身心健康提供参考和借鉴。This research was designed to test the effect on elder people of activities including sensual experience and flower arrangement practice,in which six types of flower materials are selected to the implementation of horticultural therapy on 32 empty-nesters from Beijing Jianwai Warm Home.The experiment selected Electrocardiogram(ECG),blood pressure,heart rate,and salivary cortisol as indexes of physiological influence evaluation,and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale(PANAS)and facial image scale as index of psychological influence evaluation.Results showed that flower arrangement activity had a significant effect on the heart rate of empty-nesters;touch with flower had significant effect on reducing the tension and relieving the pressure,but there was no significant difference in different flower types;flower arrangement activities could significantly improve the positive emotions and increase the expression pleasure of the empty-nesters.Therefore,the results of this study could provide a reference for the empty-nesters to participate in horticultural therapy activities to promote their physical and mental health.
