摘 要:神经介导性晕厥(neurally mediated syncope,NMS)是儿童晕厥中最常见的类型,诊断主要依靠直立倾斜试验(head-up tilt table test,HUTT),随着医疗科技的进步,心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)这种操作简单、危险小的技术被国内外学者应用来分析、评估该病的发病机制、诊断及防治,现将研究进展综述如下。Neuro mediated syncope(NMS) is the most common type of syncope in children. The diagnosis mainly depends on head up tilt table test(HUTT).With the progress of medical technology, heart rate variability(HRV) this simple and low-risk technology has been used by scholars at home and abroad to analyze and evaluate the pathogenesis, diagnosis and control of the disease. The research progress is summarized as follows.
