摘  要:目的探讨某三甲医院专业技术人员科研能力的影响因素,以期为相关研究和政策制定者提供依据。方法收集某三甲医院专业技术人员的相关信息;采用科研绩效综合评价体系评价科研能力,分别采用2013—2017年科研能力评分的均值和标准差表示科研能力评分和科研能力变异度;基于多重线性回归模型中是否纳入科研能力变异度构建两个模型,通过调整后R 2选择最优模型探索科研能力的影响因素。结果共308名专业技术人员纳入研究。该三甲医院五年间科研能力呈持续增长趋势,且专业技术人员科研能力内部的差距逐年增大;5年间护士、学士以下学历的专业技术人员科研评分较低且内部稳定。多重线性回归结果显示,博士学历(P=0.018)和硕士学历(P=0.042)的专业技术人员较学士学历专业技术人员的科研评分高;医生(P=0.021)和药师(P=0.037)较医学技术人员的科研评分高;科研评分随着科研经费及其稳定性的增加而增加(P<0.001);科研评分随着科研评分变异度增加而增加(P<0.001)。结论该医院五年内的科研能力不断提升,且内部科研能力的差距逐年增大。医院应加强学士及以下专业技术人员的培养,保证科研人员经费的稳定性,鼓励研究人员建立长远的科研目标。Objective This study aims to explore the influencing factors of the scientific research ability of professional and technical personnel in a top three hospitals,in order to provide basis for relevant research and policy makers.Methods We collected the demographics,academic qualifications and work-related information of the professionals&technical personnel of a top three hospital.The scientific research ability was evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation system of scientific research performance,and scientific research ability and its variability were assessed by the mean and standard deviation of research ability score between 2013 to 2017,respectively.Multiple regression models were used to explore the influential factors of scientific research ability.We tried put the variability of the scientific research ability into the model,and the adjusted R2 was used to select the better model.Results A total of 308 professional&technical personnel were included in the study.The research ability and its variation of the hospitals had the trend to increase over time;professional&technical personnel with bachelor's degree/below and nurses had stable lower scientific scores during 5 years.Multiple linear regressions showed,after controlling for possible confounding factors,the scores of doctor’s degree(P=0.018)and master's degree(P=0.042)were higher than those of bachelor's degree/below.The doctors(P=0.021)and pharmacists(P=0.037)had higher points than the medical technicians'scientific research scores,the score of scientific research increased with the increase of research funds and its stability(P<0.001);the score of scientific research increased with the increase of variability(P<0.001).Conclusion The scientific research ability of the hospital had the trend to steady increase over time during five years.The hospital should strengthen the training of masters and doctors of professionals&technical personnel;provide stable funds for scientific research personnel.
