摘　　要：目的对衡阳部分二级及一级医疗机构医疗纠纷现状进行调查。方法以单样随机抽样法对衡阳部分二级及一级医疗机构2016年11月—2019年12月的68例医疗纠纷进行调查,并统计解决途径,总结调节机制。结果2016年11月1日—2017年10月31日有14例医疗纠纷,占有比20.59%;2017年11月1日—2018年12月31日有34例医疗纠纷,占有比50.00%;2019年1月1日—12月31日有20例医疗纠纷,占有比29.41%。68例医疗纠纷中,29例经行政调解,22例经自行协调,10例经诉讼,7例经人民调解。结论衡阳部分二级及一级医疗机构医疗纠纷情况突出,行政调解是处理医疗纠纷的主要途径,且人民调解作用愈发明显,需加强人民调解工作,并完善第三方协调机制,共建和谐医护患环境。Objective Investigation on the status of medical disputes in some secondary and primary medical institutions in Hengyang.Methods A singlesample random sampling method was used to investigate 68 medical disputes in some secondary and primary medical institutions in Hengyang from November 2016 to December 2019,and statistical solutions were made to summarize the adjustment mechanism.Results From November 1,2016 to 14 October,2017,31 cases of medical disputes,and the occupation ratio of 20.59%.From November 1,2017 to December 31,2018,34 cases of medical disputes,the occupation ratio of 50.00%.From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,there were 20 cases of medical disputes,occupation ratio of 29.41%.Of the 68 medical disputes,29 were administratively mediated,22 were self-coordinated,10 were litigated,and 7 were mediated by the people.Conclusion The medical disputes in some secondary and primary medical institutions in Hengyang are very prominent.Administrative mediation is the main way to handle medical disputes,and the role of people's mediation is becoming more and more obvious.It is necessary to strengthen people's mediation work and improve the third-party coordination mechanism to build a harmonious medical and patient environment.
