摘　　要：目的探讨基底节钙化影像学检查及流行病学情况。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—12月本院收治的15627例接受CT检查的患者的临床资料,根据基底节钙化患者年龄与性别分组,比较不同组别患者钙化比例、视觉钙化评分。结果共检出基底节钙化患者1233例,女性钙化率高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年龄段的基底节钙化男性与女性患者的平均年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);≤20岁组与21~40岁组患者视觉钙化评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余各组随着年龄的加大,男性与女性患者的视觉钙化评分呈逐渐升高趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性基底节钙化检出率高于男性,且随年龄增加检出率逐渐提高。基底节钙化的视觉钙化评分普遍较低。Objective To investigate the imaging examination and epidemiology of basal ganglia calcification.Methods The clinical data of 15627 patients who received CT examination from January 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the age and gender of patients with basal ganglia calcification,the calcification ratio and visual calcification score of different groups were compared.Results 1233 patients with basal ganglia calcification were detected,the calcification rate of female was higher than that of male,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average age difference between male and female patients with basal ganglia calcification in all age groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the visual calcification score difference between the group of no more than 20 years old and the group of 21 to 40 years old was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the other groups increased with age The visual calcification scores of male and female patients showed a trend of increasing gradually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of calcification in female basal ganglia is higher than that in male,and gradually increases with age.The visual calcification score of basal ganglia calcification is generally low.
