独活寄生汤加减联合布洛芬治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究分析独活寄生汤加减联合布洛芬治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法抽取2017年1月—2018年10月我院接治的膝骨性关节炎患者70例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),研究组予以布洛芬加独活寄生汤治疗,对照组予以布洛芬治疗。观察两组患者骨性关节炎指数积分及视觉模拟评分(VAS),随访至12周观察复发情况。结果两组治疗前、治疗后VAS评分及WOMAC评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12周后研究组VAS评分及WOMAC评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用独活寄生汤加减联合布洛芬治疗早期骨性关节炎可获得良好疗效,且复发率低。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of adding and subtracting Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with ibuprofen on knee osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2017 to October 2018,70 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into study group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The study group was treated with ibuprofen and Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the control group was treated with ibuprofen only.The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index score and visual analogue score(VAS)of osteoarthritis in the two groups were observed,and the recurrent condition was observed during 12 weeks of follow up.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and WOMAC score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);VAS score and WOMAC score in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of early osteoarthritis can obtain good curative effect by adding combined with subtracting Duhuo Jisheng decoction and ibuprofen and the recurrence rate is lower.
