探讨前屈外旋法结合患者参与法复位肩关节前脱位的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨前屈外旋法结合患者参与法复位肩关节前脱位的临床效果。方法收集2019年1—12月就诊本院肩关节前脱位患者共65例,采用前屈外旋法结合患者参与法复位肩关节前脱位,分别记录一次复位成功率,复位成功时间,对比复位前和复位过程中患者疼痛评分。结果一次复位成功62例(95.4%),复位成功的62例患者中,复位时间(3.42±1.24)min,复位中患者疼痛视觉模拟评分4.66分(2~7分)高于复位前3.81分(2~8分)(Z=-3.722,P<0.05)。结论前屈外旋法结合患者参与法复位肩关节前脱位一次复位成功率高,复位所需时间短,并发症少,是一种安全有效的复位肩关节前脱位的方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of anterior flexion and external rotation combined with patient's participation in reduction of shoulder anterior dislocation.Methods A total of 65 patients with anterior shoulder dislocation in our hospital were collected from January to December 2019 and they were treated with anterior flexion and external rotation combined with patient's participation.The success rate of one reduction,the time of reduction success,and the pain score before and during reduction were compared.Results One reduction was successful in 62 patients(95.4%).of the 62 patients who were successful in reduction,the reduction time was(3.42±1.24)min,the visual analogue score of pain was 4.66 points(2~7),higher than 3.81 points(2~8)before reduction(Z=-3.722,P<0.05).Conclusion The method of anterior flexion and external rotation combined with patient's participation in reduction of shoulder anterior dislocation has high success rate,short reduction time and less complications.It is a safe and effective method in reduction of shoulder anterior dislocation.
