摘　　要：目的探讨神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血的护理方法及效果。方法将我院收集2017年5月—2019年10月的60例神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血患者,随机分组,常规的手术护理组用常规的手术护理方法,全方位手术护理组进行全方位手术护理干预。比较效果。结果全方位手术护理组神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血治疗效果、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分、汉密尔顿抑郁评分、肢体功能评分、手术出血总量、手术耗时、神经内镜手术后住院天数方面比较常规的手术护理组更好,P<0.05。结论神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血患者实施全方位手术护理措施效果确切。Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of neuroendoscopy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with neuroendoscopy from May 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into groups in our hospital.The conventional surgical nursing group used conventional surgical nursing methods,and the all-around surgical nursing group performed all Oriented surgical nursing intervention.Compare effects.Results The therapeutic effect of the neurosurgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the all-round surgical nursing group,the neurological deficit score,the ability of daily living,the Hamilton depression score,the limb function score,the total surgical bleeding,the operation time,and the nerves The number of hospital stays after endoscopic surgery was better than the conventional surgical nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion Neuroendoscopy treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with comprehensive surgical nursing measures is effective.
