摘 要:本文以2018年结题验收的北京自然科学基金资助项目优秀课题为研究对象,对这些项目实施过程与结题期间内的专利成果进行评价和分析。运用专利大数据对现有的专利价值评估指标进行全方位的补充和重新筛选,在原有技术、法律和市场三维一体的评价体系基础上,关注技术热点、侧重专利技术成熟度的分析和专利运营情况的挖掘,为基金资助方识别和挖掘高价值专利及加强科学基金项目管理工作提供借鉴。The writing takes the outstanding projects funded by Beijing Natural Science Foundation in 2018 for example,to evaluate and analyze the patent achievements created during the research period.In order to carry on the omni-directional supplement existing patent value evaluation index and screening,the patent data analysis is used.Based on the three-dimensional integrated evaluation system including the existing technology,legal and market,focusing on the analysis of the maturity of the patented technology and patent operation of digging,it will offer advices in the high value recognition and mining patent for funds and strengthen scientific fund project management.
