摘 要:以吉塞拉5号和吉塞拉6号半木质化嫩枝为试材,研究了不同基质与不同浓度的NAA、IBA和NAA+IBA激素处理对砧木嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:吉塞拉5号和吉塞拉6号扦插在粗砂+泥炭基质上的生根率最高分别达到54.0%和60.0%,生根率明显高于粗砂和珍珠岩基质上的;不同砧木对激素的反应不同,吉塞拉5号采用1000 mg/L NAA、1500 mg/L NAA和1000 mg/L IBA处理的生根率均超过30.0%,最高达54.0%;而吉塞拉6号则采用1000 mg/L NAA+IBA、1000 mg/L IBA、1000 mg/L NAA和1500 mg/L NAA处理的生根率均达40.0%或以上,最高达60.0%。The effects of different substrates and concentrations of NAA,IBA and NAA+IBA solutions on rooting of softwood cuttings(semi-lignified twigs)of two sweet cherry(Prunus avium)rootstocks Gisela No.5 and Gisela No.6 were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate of Gisela No.5 and Gisela No.6 on coarse sand+peat substrate was the highest at 54.0%and 60.0%,respectively,significantly higher than that on coarse sand and on perlite substrate.Different rootstocks have different responses to hormones;the rooting rate of Gisela No.5 treated with 1000 mg/L NAA,1500 mg/L NAA and 1000 mg/L IBA was more than 30.0%,and the highest rooting rate was 54.0%;the rooting rate of Gisela No.6 treated with 1000 mg/L L NAA+IBA,1000 mg/L IBA,1000 mg/L NAA and 1500 mg/L NAA was 40.0%or more,and the highest rooting rate was 60.0%.
