摘　　要：研究耐电晕漆包线在重复高频方波脉冲下局部放电起始电压(PDIV)的规律,有利于分析不同的耐电晕试验参数对漆包线耐电晕性能的影响。采用高频方波脉冲电源、高频电流检测技术和微型控制技术相结合的方式,设计了一种耐电晕漆包线在重复高频方波脉冲条件下的PDIV自动测试系统。并使用此系统,对不同频率重复高频方波脉冲下不同直径漆包线绞线试样的PDIV进行了测试。结果表明:该系统能够高效准确地检测出耐电晕漆包线的PDIV,且实验结果与使用紫外光谱仪测试的PDIV结果趋势相同。Studying the law of partial discharge initiation voltage(PDIV)of corona resistant enameled wires under repeated high-frequency square wave pulse is beneficial to analyze the effects of different corona resistance test parameter on the corona resistance of enameled wires.By combining high frequency square wave pulse power supply,high-frequency current detection technology,and micro-control technology,a PDIV automatic test system for corona resistant enameled wires under repetitive high-frequency square wave pulse conditions was designed,and this system was used to test the PDIV of the twisted enameled wire samples with different diameter under repetitive high-frequency square wave pulses with different frequencies.The results show that this system can measure the PDIV of corona resistance enameled wire efficiently and accurately,and the experimental results have the same trend as the PDIV results obtained by UV spectrometer.
