摘  要:冰壶运动员体能水平是竞技能力发展的重要部分,研究着眼于备战北京冬奥会中国冰壶队专项体能训练方法与手段的创新与创造出最佳的比赛成绩。冰壶运动具备整体性、准确性、多边性及节奏型的项目特征,其需要具备爆发力、力量耐力、静力耐力、核心力量、平衡素质、本体感受能力及有氧能力的体能特征。在冰壶运动项目特征及体能项目特征的基础上,贴合冰壶运动技术表现需要设计冰壶运动员专项体能训练方案,体能训练方案包括热身活动、力量素质、核心力量、爆发力、协调平衡性、有氧能力及拉伸放松7个部分,以动作示范的形式对专项体能训练方法及手段进行详细阐述,为我国冰壶运动员专项体能训练提供方案参考。The physical fitness level of curling athletes is an important part of the development of competitive ability.The research focuses on the innovation of special physical training methods and means of Chinese curling team in preparation for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and creating the best competition results.Curling has the characteristics of integrity,accuracy,multilateral and rhythm.It needs the physical characteristics of explosive force,strength endurance,static endurance,core strength,balance quality,proprioception ability and aerobic ability.On the basis of the characteristics of curling and physical fitness,the special physical training program of curling athletes is designed according to the technical performance of curling.The physical training program includes seven parts:warm-up activities,strength quality,core strength,explosive force,coordination and balance,aerobic capacity and stretching and relaxation.The specific physical training methods and means are improved in the form of action demonstration This article elaborates in detail,and provides a scheme reference for the special physical training of curling athletes in China.
