摘　　要：在"一带一路"倡议和2022年北京-张家口冬奥会的背景下,采用PEST方法对中俄高校冰球赛事的深度合作进行研究。中俄政局稳定的发展态势,冰球赛事市场需求的不断增长、产业化发展趋势良好、赛事社会关注度升高,智能化产品在冰球赛事中的广泛应用等现状,在政治环境、经济环境、社会环境与技术环境等方面构建了中俄高校冰球赛事深度合作的条件。提出提高中俄高校冰球赛事办赛规格、加强中俄高校冰球赛事文化交流、拓展中俄高校冰球赛事影响力、完善中俄高校冰球赛事保障机制等提升中俄高校冰球赛事深度合作的策略。In one belt, one road initiative and the 2022 Beijing Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games, the PEST method was used to study the deep cooperation between Chinese and Russian hockey events. The stable development trend of China and Russia’s political situation, the continuous growth of market demand for ice hockey events, the development trend of industrialization, the degree of social concern of the events, and the wide application of intelligent products in the ice hockey events have constructed the conditions for in-depth cooperation between Chinese and Russian Universities in the political environment, economic environment, social environment and technical environment. The paper puts forward some strategies to enhance the in-depth cooperation of University ice hockey events between China and Russia, such as improving the specifications of University ice hockey events, strengthening the cultural exchange of University ice hockey events between China and Russia, expanding the influence of University ice hockey events between China and Russia, and improving the guarantee mechanism of University ice hockey events between China and Russia.
