摘　　要：以健康管理为视角研究我国健身产业发展的新业态,摆脱大众健身竞技化,避免运动猝死、运动损伤的发生。提出将国民体质检测与群众性体育赛事相结合,以单项和全能成绩为突破口激发全民参与国民体质测定的热情,最突出的是身体素质达人赛将从注重与他人比赛,变成与自己和自己比赛,将只注重结果向注重过程转变,将单项锦标赛变成身体素质提高赛,转变了传统体育比赛的形式,创新了群众性体育赛事,以达到促进健身产业发展的目的。From the perspective of health management to study the new business form of the development of my country's fitness industry,get rid of the competition of mass fitness,and avoid sudden deaths and sports injuries,put forward combining the national physical fitness test and mass sports,with individual and universal grades of stimulating the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in an national physique determination,the most prominent is the physical talent competition will focus on the game with others and with yourself and your game,will only pay attention to the results to pay attention to process,to improve the quality of individual tournament into body,changed the traditional sports,in the form of innovation in the mass sports event,in order to achieve the purpose to promote the development of the fitness industry.
