“一带一路”背景下连云港多式联运存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：连云港多式联运物流业务呈现稳定增长的趋势。但是,连云港现有运输硬件设施难以满足多式联运高效运转的需要,内河水路运输短板影响了运能提升,一些重要联运节点存在问题。为了推动多式联运高质发展,连云港可以采取以下措施:加大联运节点的硬件设施投入;提升内河水路运输能力;扩大企业规模,提升联运水平;加快物流园区发展,为多式联运提供助力;协调政企关系实现信息共享,提升联运效力。rt capacity,and there are problems in some important transport nodes,which results in the overall low level of organizing combined transport activities and the difficulties in improving its effectiveness.In order to promote the high-quality development of multimodal transport in Lianyungang,we can take the following measures.Firstly,we can increase the investment of hardware facilities needed in the multimodal transport nodes.Secondly,we can improve the inland waterway transport capacity.Thirdly,we can expand the size of enterprises and improve its transport level.Furthermore,we can accelerate the development of logistics parks so as to provide impetus for multimodal transport.We can also coordinate the relationship between government and enterprise to share information and improve the effectiveness of combined transportation.
