摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了11种杀菌剂对甘肃省国家级自然保护区兴隆山林区油松落针病病原——散斑壳菌的室内毒力.结果表明,2%春雷霉素、木霉素(每克可湿性粉剂含2亿活孢子)对油松落针病散斑壳菌的室内药效最强,其EC50值分别为0.0013和0.70 mg·L^-1,转化为稀释倍数的EC50值高达1.61×10^7和1.42×10^6倍;其次为苯甲-丙环唑和苯甲-醚菌酯,其EC50值为29.27和39.78 mg·L^-1;而4种杀菌单剂及精甲霜-锰锌和烯酰-锰锌的室内药效较差,尤其是代森铵、精甲霜-锰锌和百菌清室内毒力最差,其EC 50值远超10000 mg·L^-1,生产中不建议使用.该研究结果可为油松落针病的防治提供依据.The toxicity of 11 fungicides on needle-falling disease of Pinus tabulaeformis in Xinglongshan Nature Reserve was tested indoor by mycelium growth rate.The results showed that 2% kasugamycin and trichoderin have the strongest efficacy on needle-falling disease of P.tabulaeformis in Xinglongshan forest region of Gansu Province.The EC50 is 0.0013 and 0.70 mg·L^-1,and the value of EC 50 converted to dilution times is as high as 1.61×10^7 and 1.42×10^6 times.The second is difenoconazole-propiconazol and difenoconazole-azoxystrobin,their EC 50 are 29.27 and 39.78 mg·L^-1,respectively.However,the efficacy of four kinds of single fungicides,metalaxyl-mancozeb and dimethomorph-mancozeb,the efficacy is weak,especially for amobium,chlorothalonil and metalaxyl-mancozeb,the efficacy is the worst,in which the EC50 is far exceeds 10000 mg·L^-1.So,they can't be used in production.The study can provide evidence for prevention and cure of needle-falling disease of Pinus tabulaeformis.
