摘  要:为了降低铝合金焊接接头的残余应力,获得较高的接头性能,以船用铝合金T型接头为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元对其温度场和应力场进行仿真分析,得到了4种电流下接头的残余应力分布。研究表明:对温度场的有限元仿真结果与实际焊缝熔池吻合得比较好,证明了该有限元仿真计算的准确性;焊接残余应力主要集中在焊缝及附近区域,焊缝上沿X轴方向的拉应力较大,在焊缝起止两端沿Y轴和Z轴方向的应力较大;随着焊接电流的增加,焊缝残余应力最大值逐渐增大,易导致疲劳破坏。In order to reduce the welding residual stress and obtain higher joints strength,the tempe-rature field and stress field of marine aluminum alloy T-joint are simulated by ANSYS finite element,and the residual stress of the joint under four kinds of current is calculated.The results show that the numerical results of temperature field are in good agreement with the actual weld pool,indicating the accuracy of the finite element simulation calculation;the welding residual stress is mainly concentra-ted in the weld and the adjacent area;the tensile stress along X axis on the weld is larger,and the stress along Y axis and Z axis at the beginning and end of the weld is larger;with the welding electri-city,as the flow increases,the maximum residual stress of weld increases gradually,which is prone to cause fatigue damage.
