摘  要:近年来,鉴江流域经济社会快速发展,对鉴江水资源的需求不断增加。当出现特枯来水时,流域供水安全往往受到威胁,需要制定相应的应急供水方案,并评估方案供水量的保障程度。该文将流域中的高州水库与罗坑水库作为应急水源地,根据流域应急供水范围内供水、用水现状,运用定额法与趋势外推法对应急需水量进行预测。结合两水库的来水情况与用水情况,制定3种应急供水方案,对不同方案下各用水户与干渠的水量进行供需分析,旨在为鉴江流域特枯条件下的应急管理提出建议,确保流域应急供水水量。In recent years,with the rapid development in economy and society of Jianjiang River Basin,the demand for water resources has increased.When extreme dry water occurs,the safety of water supply in the river basin is often threatened.It is necessary to formulate a corresponding emergency water supply plan and evaluate its effectiveness.In this paper,the Gaozhou Reservoir and Luokeng Reservoir in the watershed are used as emergency water sources.According to the current water supply and consumption in the watershed,use quota method and trend extrapolation method to predict the emergency water demand.Thinking of the incoming and outgoing water conditions of the two reservoirs,three emergency water supply plansare developed and analyze the supply and demand of the water users including main canalsrespectively.It aims to provide suggestions for emergency management under the extremely dry conditions in the Jianjiang River Basin,and ensurestheamount of emergency water supply.
