混合原油制备高等级重交通道路沥青

摘  要:以进口委内瑞拉Merey原油(以下简称原油A)和伊拉克Basra原油(以下简称原油B)为原料,在全自动实沸点蒸馏仪中,对二者混合原油(质量比为7∶3)进行实沸点切割,得到沥青调和组分轻减压蜡油(LVGO)、重减压蜡油(HVGO)和减压渣油(VR),并且采用调和法制备了高等级重交通道路沥青(牌号为AH-70)。结果表明:原油A与原油B以不同比例混合,二者均能互溶,在显微镜下未发现混合原油有明显的分离和多相生成。随着贮存时间的延长,混合原油的S分离值增大,贮存稳定性较好,能够稳定贮存10~20 d。在VR基质沥青中掺入质量分数为23%的HVGO,调和沥青的各项性能均满足GB/T 15180—2010对AH-70的要求;另外,LVGO不宜作沥青调和组分。The asphalt blending components of light vacuum gas oil(LVGO),heavy vacuum gas oil(HVGO)and vacuum residuum(VR)were obtained by cutting the mixture of Venezuelan Merey crude oil(hereinafter referred to as crude oil A)and Iraqi Basra crude oil(hereinafter referred to as crude oil B)(mass ratio 7∶3)at real boiling point in a automatic real boiling point distiller.Then,the high grade heavy traffic road asphalt(AH-70)was prepared with blending method.The results showed that crude oil A and crude oil B could be compatibly mixed in different proportions,and no obvious separation and multiphase formation of mixed crude oil were found under the microscope.The S separation value of the mixed crude oil had increased with the increasing of storage time,its storage stability was good and could be stably stored for 10-20 d.When blending HVGO with mass fraction of 23%into VR matrix asphalt,all of the blending asphalt′s properties could meet the requirements of AH-70 in GB/T 15180—2010.Besides,LVGO was not suitable for asphalt blending components.
