摘  要:以烷基化尾气为原料,锌改性HZSM-5分子筛为芳构化催化剂,在质量空速为0.75~1.00 h-1,反应温度为370~390℃,反应压力为1.3 MPa的适宜条件下,开展了丁烷芳构化生产丙烷和汽油调和组分的研究。结果表明:以HZSM-5分子筛为基质,硝酸锌为浸渍液,当锌负载质量分数为0.08%时,所制备的丁烷芳构化催化剂反应性能最佳;在上述条件下,丁烷转化率和丙烷收率最高可分别达到45.35%,31.46%;当质量空速为1.00 h-1,反应温度提高至400℃时,反应进行到310 h后,所制备的催化剂仍具有良好的催化活性和稳定性。The process of butane aromatization for propane and gasoline blending component′s production was studied with alkylation tail gas as feedstock,zinc-modified HZSM-5 zeolite as catalyst under the suitable conditions of mass space velocity of 0.75-1.00 h-1,reaction temperature of 370-390℃,and reaction pressure of 1.3 MPa.The results showed that the reaction performance of the prepared butane aromatizing catalyst was the best when the load mass fraction of zinc was 0.08%with zinc nitrate as impregnation liquid.The highest conversion of butane and highest yield of propane could be achieved 45.35%,31.46%repectively under these conditions.The prepared catalyst still had better catalytic activity and stability after running for 310 h at the mass space velocity of 1.00 h-1 and reaction temperature of 400℃.
