摘 要:为提高中国石油兰州石化公司80万t/a连续重整-40万t/a芳烃抽提联合装置的苯、甲苯和二甲苯(以下简称三苯)收率,多产高辛烷值汽油组分,采取提高进料初馏点,分段控制反应温度,优化生成油分馏塔操作条件等措施对连续重整装置进行了调整。结果表明:将重整进料初馏点调整到78℃左右,使得C6组分中环烷烃和C5组分质量分数分别下降了0.08,0.79个百分点,防止无效组分进入反应器;通过分段控制重整反应温度后,反应总温降上升,在重整进料芳烃潜含量下降的情况下,脱戊烷生成油C6~C8芳烃质量分数提高了3.39个百分点;将分馏塔塔底温度由148℃降至144℃,灵敏塔板侧线采出温度由106℃降至98℃后,二甲苯收率由22.27%提高到28.50%;与调整前相比,调整后三苯收率提高了3.64个百分点,综合能耗(以标准油计)下降了11.83 kg/t。In order to improve the benzene,toluene and xylene(hereinafter referred to three benzene)yield in a 0.4 Mt/a aromatics extraction integrated unit which was a sub-unit of a 0.8 Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,and to produce more high octane gasoline components,the continuous catalytic reforming unit was optimized by increasing the initial boiling point of reformer feed,controlling the reforming reaction temperature in stages and optimizing the operation conditions of reforming generating oil fractionator.The results showed that by adjusting the initial boiling point of reforming feed to about 78℃,the mass fractions of naphthene of C6 component and C5 component in feedstock had decreased by 0.08,0.79 percentage points respectively,which prevented the invalid components from entering the reactor.After controlling the reforming reaction temperature by stages,the total temperature drop had increased and the mass fraction of C6-C8 aromatics in depentane oil had been increased by 3.39 percentage points with the decrease of potential aromatics content in reforming feed.When the bottom temperature of fractionator was reduced from 148℃to 144℃and the lateral recovery temperature of sensitive tray from 106℃to 98℃,the xylene yield had increased from 22.27%to 28.50%.Compared with that before adjustment,the yield of three benzene had increased by 3.64 percentage points and the comprehensive energy consumption(based on standard oil)had decreased by 11.83 kg/t.
