摘 要:中国石化北海炼化有限责任公司采用降低干气和焦炭收率的MIP-DCR工艺对催化裂化装置进行了扩能改造;同时,选用JY-ZR 2型CO助燃剂替代原有的LZ-5 B型CO助燃剂,在原料油性质、装置主要操作条件相近的前提下,对比分析了二者的应用效果。结果表明:与后者相比,使用前者的三级旋风分离器入口颗粒物质量浓度的降幅较大,主催化剂(牌号为CRMI-2)的粒径分布质量分数相差较小,装置单耗下降了7.87%,节约成本约1.5万元/t。A fluid catalytic cracking unit in Beihai Refining and Chemical Co Ltd,SINOPEC,was revamped for capacity expansion by adopting MIP-DCR process which could reduce dry gas and coke yield.Meamwhile LZ-5 B type CO combustion promoter was replaced by JY-ZR 2 type.The application effects of the two promoters were compared and analyzed under similar properties of feed and main operating conditions of the unit.The results showed that compared with the LZ-5 B type CO combustion promoter,the mass concentration of particle matter at the inlet of the three-stage cyclone separator of using JY-ZR 2 type CO combustion promoter had decreased significantly,the main catalyst(CRMI-2)had a small difference in particle size distribution,the unit consumption had decreased by 7.87%,and the cost was reduced by 15000 yuan/t.
