摘 要:针对组成复杂的重烷基苯,在正辛烷稀释条件下,建立了基于碘量法的快速测定方法,并将其用于重烷基苯加氢脱色过程中对不饱和烃的定量研究。结果表明:重烷基苯中不饱和烃的存在是产品显色和影响稳定性的重要因素。随着稀释剂正辛烷用量的增加,混合溶液(正辛烷与重烷基苯的混合物)中样品质量浓度降低,碘值增大;当质量浓度低于2.00×10-2 g/mL时,测定的碘值趋于稳定。采用该方法测定碘值为(0.5~50.0)×102 g/g的样品,平均相对偏差不大于0.67%,方法精密度高,可以满足检测要求。随着重烷基苯催化加氢脱色过程的进行,产物颜色逐渐变浅,碘值与色度呈正相关性。For heavy alkylbenzene samples with complex composition,a rapid quantitative analysis method was established based on iodometry method with n-octane as the dilute solvent.It was applied in the quantitative examination of unsaturated hydrocarbon during decolor process of heavy alkylbenzene.The results showed that the existence of unsaturated bonds was a key element of coloring in heavy alkylbenzene and it also affected the stability of samples.With the increasing amount of diluent n-octane,the mass concentration of the sample in mixture solution had decreased and the iodone value had increased.When the sample′s mass concentration was below 2.00×10-2 g/mL,the iodone value tended to be stable.The method could be generally applied to a wide range of heavy alkylbenzene samples that iodone values were within(0.5~50.0)×102 g/g,the accuracy of analysis was guaranteed with an average relative deviation less than 0.67%.The color of heavy alkylbenzene samples became lighter during hydrogenation process and meanwhile,the product′s iodone value and color number had a positive correlation.
