摘  要:从掺杂、复合、贵金属沉积、负载等方面综述了提高Nb2O5光催化活性的改性方法。结果表明:掺杂改性是提高Nb2O5光催化性能的主要方法,其中的金属-非金属共掺杂不仅可以调变催化剂的晶格,还可以调变其光学性质。将Nb2O5与窄禁带宽度的半导体材料复合,可有效缩短Nb2O5的禁带宽度,形成异质结,抑制电子与空穴的复合;复合改性方法的重点是找到能级交错的合适复合组分。贵金属沉积可以抑制电子和空穴的复合,提高光量子效率。在有机污染物光催化降解中,以介孔材料为载体制备的负载型Nb2O5具有较高的催化活性。The modification methods to improve the photocatalytic activity of Nb2O5 through doping,composite,noble metal deposition and support,etc were reviewed with 50 references.The results showed that the doping modification method was the main method to improve the photocatalytic performance of Nb2O5.The metal-nonmetal co-doping could not only change the lattice of the catalyst,but also its optical properties.When Nb2O5 was compounded with narrow band gap semi-conductor materials which could effectively narrow the band gap of Nb2O5,form heterojunction and decrease the recombination of electron-hole pairs.The key point of composite modification methods was to find the suitable composite components which had energy level overlap.Noble metal deposition could inhibit the recombination of electrons and holes and improve the light quantum efficiency.The preparation of mesoporous supported Nb2O5 was conducive to improve its catalytic activity in the catalytic degradation of the organic pollutes.
