摘　　要：子宫蓄脓症是成年母犬和母猫的一种常见疾病,该病的特点是发情期后子宫出现急性或慢性化脓性细菌感染,伴有子宫腔炎性渗出物积聚,呈现局部或全身的各种临床和病理症状。该病常在黄体期发生,孕酮在启动机会性致病菌感染中起关键作用。最常见的病原菌是大肠埃希菌,可出现多种临床症状,在严重的情况下可能危及动物生命。综述犬猫子宫蓄脓症的流行病学、发病机理、临床表现、诊断及治疗(包括手术治疗及药物治疗)和预防等方面的进展,为防治该病提供依据。Pyomrtra is a common disease in adult bitches and cats.It is characterized by acute or chronic pyogenic bacterial infection in the uterus after estrus and accumulation of inflammatory exudates in the uterine cavity,presenting local and systemic clinical and pathological symptoms.This disease often occurs in the luteal phase.Progesterone plays a key role in the initiation of opportunistic pathogen infection.The most common pathogen is Escherichia coli,which can cause a variety of clinical symptoms and can be life-threatening in severe cases.This article reviewed the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of uterine pyometra in dogs and cats,including surgical treatment,drug treatment and prevention,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
