摘　　要：以新八轴机车为例,分析了影响一系悬挂止挡理论间隙和公差设定的相关因素,阐述了一系悬挂止挡间隙和公差的设计方法,并论证了新八轴机车一系悬挂止挡间隙和公差设定的合理性。Taking the new eight-axle locomotive as an example, this paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting the theoretical clearance and tolerance setting of the primary suspension stop,expounds the design method of the clearance and tolerance of the primary suspension stop,and demonstrates the rationality of the setting of the clearance and tolerance of the primary suspension stop for the new eight-axle locomotive.
