杭州市萧山区益农镇健康乡镇建设现状调查及居民需求分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查萧山区益农镇健康乡镇建设现状及居民认知与需求,了解建设成效及不足之处,提出推进建设的对策与建议。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法,对1,048名居民调查分析,对相关工作人员定性访谈。结果“健康益农”建设的有益做法:以民为本,建立“健康入万策”长效机制;以国家卫生镇和美丽乡村创建为契机,积极开展健康支持环境建设;设立首个镇街“健康关爱基金”,倡导全社会参与氛围。居民对“健康益农”建设的支持率和参与意愿率分别为94.8%和95.3%;“健康乡镇应满足的条件”正确认知率为63.6%;最期待的是“完善养老设施或服务”(72.1%),最关注的需求是休闲健身场所数量增加(87.3%);获得感最高的是公共绿地覆盖率(71.5%),最低是生活垃圾规范处理(58.1%)。结论“健康益农”建设工作正在积极有序推进中,居民支持意愿较高,但获得感需强化。建议:科学评价以制订健康益农建设规划,做实基础以提升居民获得感与满意度,凝练特色以打造健康乡镇示范样本,全面提升居民健康水平和福祉。Objective To survey the construction status of healthy towns and the residents'needs and cognition from Yinong Town of Xiaoshan District,to understand the effect and deficiency and put forward countermeasures to promote the construction.Methods A multistage random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey and data analysis on 1,048 residents in Yinong Town,and interviewed qualitatively on the related staff.Results The beneficial practices of“Healthy Yinong Town”construction was that a long-term mechanism of“Health into Policies”had been established based on the people,the construction of health supporting environment had been carried out actively by taking the opportunity of the establishment of national healthy towns and beautiful villages,and the first“Health Care Fund”of towns had been set up to advocate the atmosphere whole society to participate in.The support rate and participate willingness about the construction of“Healthy Yinong Town”among the residents were 94.8%and 95.3%respectively.The residents’correct recognition rate was 63.6%;the most expected was“improving the facilities or services for the elderly”(72.1%);the most concerned needs was the increase of the number of leisure and fitness places(87.3%).The highest sense of gain was the coverage rate of public green space(71.5%),and the lowest was the standard treatment of domestic waste(58.1%).Conclusion The construction of:Healthy Yinong”was being carried out in an actively and orderly way,and the residents had a high willingness to support.But the sense of gain needs should be strengthened.Scientific evaluation should be made to formulate the construction plan.The solid foundation should be made to improve the residents’sense of gain and satisfaction.The characteristics of the demonstration sample should be refined to improve their residents'health level and well-being comprehensively.
