2型糖尿病患者个体强化健康教育模式效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采取院内外多途径个体强化健康教育模式对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者病情自我控制效果分析。方法选取上海市嘉定区中医医院2019年1—6月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=50)和对照租(n=50);对照组采用常规健康教育模式,试验组在对照组的基础上,采用个体强化健康教育干预模式。比较两组2型糖尿病患者干预3个月后在糖尿病知识掌握、治疗不规范事件、血糖控制情况等方面的效果。结果干预后,试验组糖尿病知识掌握、治疗不规范事件、患者满意度等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体强化健康教育模式可以有效提高2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识掌握程度和患者满意度,治疗情况明显优于对照组。Objective To explore the effect of individual and intensive health education mode on the self control of patients with type II diabetes.Methods A total of 100 patients with type II diabetes admitted in our hospital from January to June in 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).On the basis of the control group,the experimental group adopted the individual intensive health education intervention mode.The effect of diabetes mellitus knowledge mastery,irregular treatment events and blood sugar control in the two groups of diabetes patients after 3 months intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of diabetes knowledge,treatment irregularities,patient satisfaction of experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individual intensive health education mode can effectively improve the degree of knowledge and satisfaction of patients with diabetes,and the treatment process is better than that of the control group.
