摘  要:某铝业公司拜耳法氧化铝生产线使用澳大利亚铝土矿进行生产,因澳矿中有机碳含量高,致使分解降温系统结疤严重,再加上原有的降温设施类型及规格不统一,流程交叉冗长,使得降温系统运行成本较高。通过对分解降温系统的降温设备进行选型设计以及对降温流程、循环水流程和碱煮流程进行优化改造,满足了生产要求,同时每年可节约生产成本378.17万元。Alumina production line of Bayer process used Australian bauxite for production in an aluminum company, but the high content of organic carbon in Australian bauxite caused serious scarring of the decomposition and cooling system. In addition, types and specifications of the original cooling facilities were not unified, and the process crossed lengthy, which made the operation cost of the cooling system higher. Through the type selection design of the cooling equipment and the optimization and transformation of the cooling process, the circulating water process and the alkaline boiling process of the decomposition and cooling system, the production requirements were met, and the production cost could be saved by 3 781 700 yuan per year.
