摘 要:铝电解槽大修时会产生大量的含有氟化物和氰化物的废阴极炭块,如果直接排放会对生态和环境造成很大危害。基于目前的填埋处理和湿法处理存在维护成本高、氟化物分离不彻底、固体废弃物无法有效利用的现状,提出了铝电解槽废阴极炭块高温处理技术,并对其研究思路、试验过程和工业应用进行了介绍。经过一年多的不断探索及中试试验,实现了废阴极炭块的无害化及资源化处理。A large amount of spent cathode carbon blocks containing fluoride and cyanide would be produced during the overhaul of the aluminum reduction cell,and if they were discharged directly, which would cause great harm to ecology and environment. Based on the current situation of high maintenance cost, incomplete fluoride separation and ineffective utilization of solid waste in landfill disposal and wet treatment, a high temperature treatment technology for spent cathode carbon block from aluminum reduction cell was proposed, and the study thinking, test process and industrial application were introduced. After more than a year of continuous exploration and pilot scale test, the harmless and resource treatment of spent cathode carbon blocks has been realized.
