摘 要:某厂200 kA电解系列在运行一定时间后,普遍存在阴极破损、侧部炭块掉落、整体稳定性差、电解生产指标较差等问题,因此,在2012年已改进电解槽的基础上采用新型阴极钢棒技术再次对内衬结构进行优化改进。优化后,通过对比分析实际生产数据发现,与2012版改进电解槽相比,2019版改进电解槽的冲击电压较低,槽内衬裂纹的产生和电解槽早期破损现象减少,伸腿适宜,炉膛较为规整,电解槽稳定性更好,槽寿命延长,电流效率提升,直流电耗降低。After running for a certain period of time, the problems of cathode damage, side carbon block falling, poor overall stability and poor electrolysis production index existed generally in 200 kA electrolysis series of a factory. Therefore, on the basis of the improved reduction cell in 2012, the new cathode steel bar technology was used to optimize and improve the lining structure again. After optimization, through comparative analysis of the actual production data, it was found that compared with the improved reduction cell in 2012, the impulse voltage was lower in the improved reduction cell in 2019, the cracks of the cell lining and the early damage of reduction cell were reduced, the ledge was suitable, the furnace was more regular, the stability of the reduction cell was better, the cell life was extended, the current efficiency was improved, and the DC power consumption was reduced.
