摘 要:为延长高炉布料溜槽的使用寿命,依据粉体力学理论设计了一款积料式布料溜槽,并对该溜槽和光板直溜槽进行了离散元模拟研究。结果显示:1)积料式高炉布料溜槽在料流冲击区下方能形成稳定的积料,大幅减轻了料流对溜槽底板的冲击及磨损;2)对比积料式溜槽和光板直溜槽,前者所受的料流冲击力是后者的10.1%~17.2%,前者冲击区的颗粒滑动速度是后者的29.1%~33.4%;3)积料式溜槽具有"料打料"及"料磨料"的效果,所以抗冲击和耐磨损性能好,从而可以延长使用寿命。In order to prolong the service life of the blast furnace distributing chute,a kind of accumulated material-type distributing chute was designed based on powder mechanics theory,and a discrete element simulation study on the accumulated material-type chute and smooth-plate straight chute was carried out.The results had shown that:1)the accumulated material-type chute could form a stable accumulation of material under the impact area of material flow,which reduced the impact and wear of material flow on the chute bottom greatly;2)comparing the accumulated material-type chute and smooth-plate straight chute,the impact force of the former was 10.1%~17.2%of the latter,and the sliding speed of the particle in the impact area of the former was 29.1%~33.4%of the latter;3)the accumulated material-type chute had the effect of material feeding and material grinding,so its impact resistance and wear resistance were good,which made the service life of the chute was prolonged.
