摘  要:以5个铜冶炼工程的污酸污水处理站为实例,分析了其污酸成分和污水水质,并依据水质特点选择硫化法、石灰石中和法、石灰-铁盐法及其组合工艺对污酸和污水进行处理,同时,对各处理站的工艺流程、工艺特点、主要反应方程及设备选型参数进行阐述,以期为铜冶炼行业污酸污水的处理提供参考。Taking five waste acid and wastewater treatment stations of copper smelting project as examples,the waste acid composition and wastewater quality were analyzed.According to the characteristics of water quality,sulfurization method,limestone neutralization method,lime-ferric salt method and their combination process were selected to treat the waste acid and wastewater.At the same time,the process flow,process characteristics,main reaction equations and equipment selection parameters of each treatment station were described,whose purpose was to provide some references for the treatment of waste acid and wastewater in copper smelting industry.
