摘 要:通过分析厂区回水和尾矿库回水工艺的两个案例,对有色金属选矿厂排出尾矿浓度与尾矿回水率之间的关系进行研究。研究结果表明随着选矿厂排出尾矿浓度的提高,尾矿回水率逐渐下降。在实践中,应根据项目所在地的气象水文条件选择合适的尾矿回水方式,并科学地控制选矿厂排出尾矿浓度,使尾矿回水率满足要求。By the analysis of two cases of plant backwater and tailings pond backwater process,the relationship between concentration of tailings discharged and tailings backwater rate in non-ferrous metal concentrators was studied.The study results had shown that the backwater rate of tailings decreased gradually with the increase of the concentration of tailings discharged from the concentrator.In practice,it was necessary to select appropriate tailings backwater mode according to the local meteorological and hydrological conditions of the project location,with controlling the concentration of tailings discharged from the concentrator scientifically to make the tailings backwater rate meet requirements.
