摘  要:脆硫铅锑矿冶炼多采用"沸腾焙烧-烧结-鼓风炉还原"工艺,该工艺技术成熟,但存在无法有效利用烟气中的SO2、烧结过程返料量大、环保通风要求高、鼓风炉还原过程能耗高等问题。中国恩菲提出采用氧气底吹熔炼-熔融渣直接还原工艺处理脆硫铅锑矿,该工艺具有环保效果好、原料适应性强、有价元素回收率高、能耗低等优势。目前,该工艺已在处理脆硫铅锑矿领域应用,本文对工艺流程与原理,及实践中遇到的问题和应对措施进行了详细介绍。The smelting of brittle sulphur lead antimony ore mostly adopts the fluidized roasting-sintering-blast furnace reduction process,which is mature in technology,but there are disadvantages such as the inability to effectively use the SO2 in the flue gas,the large amount of returned material in the sintering process,the high requirements for environmental protection and ventilation,and the high energy consumption of the blast furnace reduction process. ENFI use oxygen bottom blowing smelting-molten slag direct reduction process to treat brittle Sulphur leadantimony ore,which has the advantages of good environmental protection effect,strong adaptability of raw materials,high recovery rate of valuable elements,and low energy consumption. At present,the process has been applied to process brittle sulphur lead-antimony ore. This article introduces the process flow and principle,as well as the problems encountered in practice and countermeasures in detail.
