摘  要:锌冶炼浸出渣具有很高的回收价值,但是目前暂存和处理均面临问题。本文介绍了烟化炉法、回转窑法、侧吹炉法、顶吹炉法这几种现有主流锌冶炼浸出渣火法处理工艺优缺点及实践情况,同时介绍了国内最新应用的顶吹炉法技术经济指标,并结合应用情况对顶吹炉法和侧吹炉法进行简要比较,发现两者各具有一定的优势,这两种工艺实践的成功,为我国锌冶炼浸出渣处理方式提供了选择渠道。Zinc leaching residue is a kind of waste residue and a kind of precious resources. Its storage and recovery are facing problems. This paper introduces the advantages,disadvantages and practices of main zinc leaching methods,such as fuming furnace,rotary kiln method,side blowing furnace and top blowing furnace. A brief comparison is made between top blowing furnace and side blowing furnace in combination with the application situation,so it can be seen that both the side blowing furnace method and the top blowing furnace method have certain advantages. These two methods provide choices for the leaching zinc smelting slag processing in China.
