摘 要:针对转炉吹炼间断作业,存在SO2低空污染、炉衬寿命短、烟气SO2波动大等问题,各国行业内专家开发出多种连续炼铜工艺,本文对这些工艺进行了阐述、分析和对比,以期为相关人士提供参考。三菱法和双闪工艺在国内、外应用较多,两工艺从开发至今已有多年,生产运行日趋完善,但存在工艺流程长、电炉贫化渣处理不经济等问题;新开发的双底吹工艺与侧吹熔炼-多枪顶吹吹炼工艺是真正意义上的连续炼铜,且工艺流程比三菱和双闪更简洁,是目前世界上所有连续炼铜工艺中,流程最短、投资最省、能耗最低、铜金回收率最高、中国自主开创的先进炼铜工艺。由于多枪顶吹吹炼工艺较底吹具有能耗低、开工率高的优势,未来,推荐新建厂家选择底吹熔炼-多枪顶吹吹炼-回转阳极炉精炼的连续炼铜工艺。The intermittent operation of the converter blowing process has caused problems such as SO2 low-altitude pollution,short furnace lining life,and flue gas SO2 concentration fluctuates greatly.Experts in non-ferrous industry have developed a variety of copper continuous pyrometallurgy processes.In order to provide reference for relevant parties,this article describes,analyzes and compares these processes.The Mitsubishi continuous smelting process and the flash smelting-flash converting process are widely used at home and abroad.The two processes have been developed for many years,and the production and operation are becoming more and more perfect.However,there are problems such as long process flow and uneconomical treatment of electric furnace slag.The newly developed double bottom blowing process and side blowing smelting-multi lances top blowing converting process are continuous copper smelting in the true sense,and the process flow is more concise than Mitsubishi and double flash.Among all continuous copper smelting processes in the world,the peocess have flowing features such as the shortest flow,the least investment,the lowest energy consumption,the highest copper-gold recovery rate,an advanced copper smelting process initiated by China.As the multi-lances top blowing process has the advantages of lower energy consumption and higher operating rate than bottom blowing,in the future,it is recommended for new manufacturers to choose bottom blowing smelting-multi lances top blowing-rotary anode furnace refining flow for the continuous copper pyrometallurgy process.
